General Assembly
The General Assembly, which consists of Full Members, is the highest body in EUDY’s organizational structure. The GA meets once a year to discuss and approve the board’s reports and plans. The Full Members have the power to give the board a mandate to work on EUDY’s day-to-day basis. That means the board can decide about project applications, managing the EUDY staff, monitoring the different processes in EUDY and more. The Full Members approves the long-term planning.

Biannually the GA is always directly after the Youth camp. So the country hosting the Youth Camp is also hosting the General Assembly. And the other years a country can do a bid to organize the GA. Then the GA is a long weekend, from Thursday to Sunday.
